Glenallachie Distillery

We provide scotch whiskies of all types and flavours, including the finest batches from the GlenAllachie distillery. With options aged more than 25 years, you can expect a rich flavour profile of mocha, caramelised brown sugar and ginger snaps. For a balanced experience, pair with seasoned prawns or seared scallops.

The GlenAllachie sources their water supply from two different dam heads just two miles away, whereas the malted barley is from local producers. After the mashing process, the liquid is fermented for 160 hours before being cased in the finest quality wood.

Where is GlenAllachie whisky made?

GlenAllachie whisky is made in the centre of Speyside in the Northwest of Scotland, close to Aberlour. It is purely Scottish-owned and managed, making it one of the few remaining independent distilleries in Scotland.

What types of casks are used for ageing GlenAllachie whisky?

GlenAllachie whisky is matured in a variety of casks, with sherry, wine and oak being the most common. You can also find rare ex-bourbon, port and sauternes whiskies.

How should GlenAllachie whisky be served?

Serve GlenAllachie whisky neat at room temperature or on the rocks for a lighter taste. Pair with a smoky meal to balance the sweetness or embrace a sweet treat to enhance the flavours.
