Our French whisky selection is aged in sherry, and American and French oak casks, boasting beautifully sweet flavours. Every batch is meticulously produced using local ingredients from forests, and then tested by connoisseurs before being bottled.
French Single Malt Whisky
France does not simply repeat traditional whisky-making methods, but experiments with them. Taking great inspiration from whiskies around the world, each batch is purely unique. While they are usually quite sweet, you can also taste spicy or malty undertones.
We recommend pairing French single malt whisky with salty venison or lamb for a balanced flavour, and fruitcake for dessert. However, for those wanting to embrace the sweet flavour, a medium-bodied cheese platter and chocolate mousse also suits French single malt whisky well.
